Electronic Profiler (EP) Partner Reward Program
The goal of the EP Partner Reward Program is to
recognize and
reward the business transactions between our partners and to increase sales within the marketplace for training centers committed to utilizing tools and resources to increase revenue. The objective of the program is to drive new product adoption, increase buying frequency and improve market intelligence. This unified approach into business development will help centers produce more revenue and allow us all to expand beyond our traditional competencies.
Partner Qualification
An annual EP subscription of $750 per staffed location per month qualifies partners to utilize EP for profiling, assessing students, managing results and recommending training solutions. A center may offset this monthly fee through our partner redemption program. The program provides a 10% credit against the monthly EP subscription fee of $750 for business transacted through Learning Lake. You will receive the reward when Learning Lake delivers the services. The EP subscription credit may not exceed the monthly EP fee subscription. The EP subscription credit will be tracked through monthly invoicing and will show as a credit against the next month’s EP subscription fee.
Example Scenario
Education Center in Little Rock, AR has an annual subscription to EP and they pay $750 per month. Through the reward program, if they enroll:
- 5 individuals for a 5-day IT class at an IFPO rate of $260/day = $1300 per person or $6500 total
- 5 individuals for a 2-day Business Applications class at an IFPO rate of $100/day = $200 per person or $1000 total
The combination in this scenario totals $7500 for the month. Therefore, the $750 monthly rate for EP for the month will be zero and will not be invoiced.
Partner Redemption
A “
partner redemption dollar” is defined as any qualifying transaction: an IFPO, a hosted private/custom class or an organizational assessment (SMART) we jointly sell. Every partner redemption dollar needs to be tracked via an invoicing code “EPREWARD”. It also needs to be endorsed by an authorized signatory from the selling and the delivery center (i.e., Sales Manager or General Manager).
