About the Winning Solution
Learning Lake, in collaboration with Microsoft, worked to help overcome specific CPLS obstacles affecting CPLS partner’s abilities to sell Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC), Microsoft Certifications and redeem Software Assurance Training Vouchers (SATV).
The “Empower Campaign: New Business Strategies to Accelerate Your Growth” was an initiative in which Learning Lake trained 14 CPLS centers in North America on the use of the Electronic Profiler/Career Booster (EP/CB) tool for a six-month pilot in Q2/Q3 FY 2009.
EP/CB offered a solution that improved SATV redemption for CPLS centers and for Microsoft: Post pilot, 88% of the CPLS centers surveyed stated they had a 10-30% increase in SATV redemption year over year. Further, when asked if the assessment component of EP/CB increased their customer engagement, 75% stated customer engagement had increased by 10-13% while 25% stated customer engagement had increased by 30-50%.
Through this initiative, Learning Lake built an approach and implemented a plan that helped CPLS centers truly become forward-thinking in the use of the EP/CB tool to help solve their business problems.
